Adrian
Tan, 38, is a competitive bodybuilder. Also current Mr Singapore and Fitness
pro, Adrian Tan started bodybuilding when he was 18, confessed that the
combination of rigorous training and strict dietary regime typically has him
feeling "very fatigued" as the competition draws near.
Adrian
certified as a personal trainer by the American fitness professional’s
association. He also a competitive bodybuilder, and his the reigning Mr.
Singapore, having first won the overall title in 2006 and recently again in
2011. He have been voted “Best Personal Trainer” in both California Fitness and
Fitness First.
Now
he is co-founder & Director of The Gym at Orchard in Singapore.
