24 year old Steven Dehler grew up in a small town called Simi Valley which is in southern California. The blond, blue eyed hottie got his gorgeous body from playing soccer, baseball, and basketball - along with swimming and running - while growing up.  Dehler got older began to drop sports and started building up he body at the gym.

Dehler is making a name for himself in the modeling industry and it's no surprise he's become a popular underwear/swimwear model. Dehler is lving in Los Angeles, California, and is engaged to his longtime boyfriend. 

Henry Cavill on Immortals

Henry William Cavill was born on May 5, 1983 in Jersey. He attended St. Michael’s Preparatory School, but first got into acting when he was a student at a boarding school called Stowe School.

It's no secret that Henry Cavill is a good looking guy. Though he had some roles to his name before his stint on "The Tudors," the "Immortals" star really hit the big time when it was announced he will take on the iconic role of Superman in 2012's "Man of Steel."

Cavill has been working hard to get in the best shape possible to play Superman in the upcoming comic book adaptation. Talking about his diet and exercise plan, Cavill said recently: 'I’m on 5000 calories a day… You’ve got to eat protein first, then a little bit of carbs…you’ve got to keep your hunger levels going. 

 

'I’m training two and a half hours a day, pushing my body beyond its normal limits, putting on a lot of muscle mass and just making myself look like Superman.'

David Gandy heads back to the studio with Mariano Vivanco for November’s edition of UK magazine Attitude. Landing the cover story, the Select model dishes about his ten-year career, when not donning fall garments from Miharayasuhiro, Jean Paul Gaultier and other labels.

Famed for having a celebrity on it's cover, for this style issue, who better than having the biggest male supermodel David Gandy on the front. It was shot by Mariano Vivanco, Gandy was styled by Frank Strachan, fashion editor of Attitude and freelance eonal and celebrity stylist.

Adrian Tan, 35, is a competitive bodybuilder 2006 and 2011 Mr. Singapore, 1994 Mr. Teenage Singapore and the co-founder and Director of The Gym at Orchard in Singapore. 

He has been involved in the fitness industry for almost two decades and has gathered years of working experience in all the large commercial gyms.  All of the physiques displayed on stage, Adrian had the driest and widest. Plus, shoulders and calves like his belong on the international stage.
