Jason Goodale has been training and perfecting his physique for 20 years. He was only 17 years old when he first began toning those abs of steel. Jason Goodale train 5-6 times a week and love to train hard, getting the mental focus right and doing different levels of training such as high intensity, super sets and interval training whilst cutting, I love my supplements as these help me grow and recover and to maximize the most out of pre and post workouts as well. I am currently working at Feel good Fitness as a fitness and nutrition consultant.
