Adrian Tan, 35, is a competitive bodybuilder 2006
and 2011 Mr. Singapore, 1994 Mr. Teenage Singapore and the co-founder and
Director of The Gym at Orchard in Singapore.
He has been involved in the fitness industry
for almost two decades and has gathered years of working experience in all the
large commercial gyms. All of the
physiques displayed on stage, Adrian had the driest and widest. Plus, shoulders
and calves like his belong on the international stage.
